Post Surgery

This afternoon, I have 2 very happy cats sleeping beside me on my bed.  This is the first time, since wednesday, that they have been allowed to come upstairs with me.  I had my gall bladder removed this week and so they had to stay downstairs with Scott.  And they have not been very happy about that at all.

Tiger had been meowing, crying, and hollering to get me to let him upstairs.  Motor uses his baby kitten cry, which almost always wins me over.  But not these last few days.

They are so peaceful now.  They don't like being away from their Mom.  And me from them.

Jack has had to stay downstairs as well.  I spent some time with him last night and he just loved me up, rubbing his face against me.  My lovely puppy.

I am starting to feel a little better since surgery.  Hopefully by next week, life with all my boys will be back to normal.

no more gall bladder? I didn't realize you were having surgery. I hope your recovery goes well, especially now that you got your kitties back. Seems cruel for everyone involved to not allow access to the cats! :)

Happy recovery time.

I lost my gb years ago and remember the cats wanting to lay on me. Glad they are back on the bed, helping you recuperate...

How nice to be able to cuddle again! I went through the same thing with my hysterectomy two years ago.
Heal up and feel 100% again soon!

I had the same thing after my operation. They couldn't understand why they couldn't jump up or lie on me. Hope you have a good speedy recovery.
