One Smart Cat
It gets really cold in our house in the morning. And so the cats, being as smart and resourceful as they can be, have learned that the best way to keep warm is to lie on a heating vent. I have seen both cats use the heating vent in our bedroom, but this is Motor, sucking up the heat in our living room.
Oh, that looks like it has to feel oh so good. Maybe I'll join him.

oh yeah...the floor vents here get a lot of action too!!
LOL! I think I may join him too! Since I have been feeling unwell I have been taking a hot water bottle to bed. Eric has sussed it out, and as soon as I go to bed he is right under the covers and laying on top of it.
Motor is one smart cat, taking all the heat for himself! My cats love flocking around the heat-stove. Buddy even likes parking on top, I fear he will cook! He's old enough now and deserves a heating pad for his achy joints.
those are two really smart cats. We don't have floor vents so we missed out on a lot of extra warm
